WISI Multi-TV App – Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Inca Networks Inc., doing business as WISI America (“WISI America,” “we,” “our,” “us”), handles information in connection with the WISI Multi‑TV mobile application (“the App”).
The WISI Group is a group of related companies operating in Canada, the United States, the European Union, and other WISI Group operating locations.
The App allows venue operators to control WISI America hardware systems from a single interface. It is designed for data minimization and does not collect personal information except what users voluntarily provide when contacting WISI America.
This Policy applies only to the WISI Multi‑TV App. Other WISI Group companies or services may have separate privacy policies. The App and its data‑handling practices operate under WISI America’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), aligned with ISO 27001:2022.

4. What the App Does
The App enables users to:
- View TV guide information
- Change channels
- Manage screen groups
- Save favorites
- Control display endpoints
- Connect to WISI America devices via a local network
All operations occur locally on the user’s device or network in communication with other devices. The App is developed following secure development and change‑management processes.
5. Information the App Does Not Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Personal identifiers
- Location data
- Financial data
- Advertising identifiers
- Analytics or tracking data
- User‑generated content
- Contacts, photos, or media
We do not:
- Sell personal information
- Share data with advertisers or data brokers
- Use third-party advertising SDKs
6. Device Permissions
Camera: Used for scanning QR codes or serial numbers.
Nearby Devices: Used to discover and connect to WISI America devices.
Local Network: Used to communicate with WISI America equipment.
7. Optional Information You May Provide
If you contact WISI America, we may receive your name, email address, and any logs you voluntarily provide. Diagnostic logs may include device model, OS version, App version, and non‑personal technical events. All information is handled according to WISI America’s data classification policies.

WISI America uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. Security incidents are handled under WISI America’s ISO‑aligned incident response procedures. The App and related systems are managed as information assets within the ISMS.
If a breach poses a real risk of significant harm, WISI America will notify affected individuals and report where required by law. Records of all breaches are maintained.
