Vancouver, CANADA, February 20th, 2017 – Inca Networks has announced a recent change to their customer trouble ticket system. On Monday February 6th, 2017, Inca moved over to WISI Connect, the global ticket system used across all WISI companies.  This ensures technical staff in all offices around the world can support customers while making it easier for Inca to share details internally.

As always, customer’s can reach Inca’s technical support team by sending an email to support@incanetworks.com.  Customers will now also receive an automated email response with their ticket ID, and communication about the ticket can take place by email. Customers are now able to access their tickets online via WISI Connect: www.wisiconnect.tv

The Inca support team will continue to be online and available regular hours from 8am – 8pm EST/EDT, Monday to Friday, and can be reached via email at support@incanetworks.com or at Inca’s new support phone number: 778-819-1046.

Outside of regular support office hours, service-affecting emergencies should be reported by sending an email with the details to support@incanetworks.com and by leaving a voicemail at Inca’s new emergency/after hours’ number: 778-819-8592.
