Niefern-Öschelbronn, August 11, 2025 – ANB Arena, formerly known as The Venue Riyadh, has announced the successful deployment of a cutting-edge IPTV system in partnership with WISI, a global leader in video and broadband distribution technology.

Located in Al Hefnah, just outside Riyadh, ANB Arena is a flagship destination within Boulevard City and a key venue for Riyadh Season. Covering 10,000 square meters and accommodating up to 8,000 guests, the arena is renowned for hosting high-profile global events, including concerts, conferences, and live performances. Most recently, it served as the site of the E-Sports World Cup Closing Ceremony, attended by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and international football star Cristiano Ronaldo.

To enhance the guest experience and modernize its AV infrastructure, ANB Arena has installed WISI’s Tangram IPTV headend platform. This high-density, modular system enables the reception, decryption, and delivery of digital TV channels, including DVB-S/S2/S2X and terrestrial broadcasts. The Tangram solution supports personalized channel lineups and diverse signal formats, ensuring reliable and high-quality TV distribution throughout the venue.

The system is further enhanced by WISIon, WISI’s intuitive IPTV middleware. WISIon allows ANB Arena to broadcast customized content—such as event images and videos, announcements, promotional materials — via dedicated in-house IPTV channels. This enables seamless communication with guests during events.
