To strengthen our team, WISI Communications GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a working student (m/f/d) as soon as possible, who will work up to a maximum of 20 hours/week during the semester or up to 35 hours/week during the semester break on the list of our fixed assets and assets. The position is initially limited to 6 months.
Your project
In a first step, an integrated, digital building and asset management system has already been established. Now the so far still incomplete list of our fixed assets and assets is to be supplemented by further objects and attributes. For this purpose, a classification according to the eclass standard is also to be carried out. The aim is to be able to use the information later in a BIM model.
WISI uses GIAI (short for Global Individual Asset Identifier) for the unique identification of its assets. This is used for the unique, globally overlap-free identification of fixed assets and assets. It acts as a key to the (master) information stored in databases. It can be used to record the life cycles and areas of use of objects. This makes them seamlessly traceable from production, through maintenance, for example, to disposal.
