How we handle shipping?
We will send you an empty Tangram module box.
Use it to safely package and return your GT11 module.
This significantly reduces shipping costs and effort compared to returning a full chassis,
especially for international shipments.

No. The trade-in is not contingent on purchasing a GT10 chassis. Your 400€ voucher applies to any WISI order over 5,000€.
After WISI receives and processes your GT11, your voucher will be sent by e-mail.
Yes. Complete the assessment for each serial number. Vouchers stack but only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
Modules produced before 2018 are not eligible. Enter your serial number to check automatically.
No. Credits are issued as vouchers redeemable on WISI orders over 5,000€.
